The buildings on the property are in varying conditions some are okay and some really need maintenance. Most of the carpeting is due to be changed in units and stairwells. Potholes that have been in the parking lot for years, porch lights of the buildings typically die quickly so lighting at night in the parking lot isn't the best. Getting ahold of the property managers you pretty much have to make time to get to the office when they are open. They've gone through a bit of property managers.... There's usually empty alcohol bottles in the parking lot. And even the Sioux falls PD has stated it's 50/50 chance of the security cameras in the parking lot even working. They don't do a whole lot for cleaning before a tenant moves in, it's mostly on whomever is moving out. There were dead roaches in all the kitchen drawers and cabinets of my unit. I appreciate the hospitality for the management team. The place is clean and quite. I would recommend if you need 1 or 2 bedroom, just stop by . Bu I would suggest if possible to lock up the outside door to increase more safety for the residents. Thanks.
