My partner and I moved in teak apartments last December. It's been such an amazing experience. The landlord is such a sweet person. The apartments themselves are also amazing and I really love that it's a quiet living type apartment building. We got a two bedroom and having two bedrooms has been great as well. Overall out of other apartments I've live in this one is just so amazing and I would recommend it to anyone!

I really enjoy living at Teak. I have zero problems with management and all other staff members. They are very easy to get along with! Every building has a security door. Security cameras on the complex, ensure safety for all residents. Just all around a great place to live!

I moved back here after 18 years and I am pleased with the updates that have been done inside. I haven't had any problems and any concerns have been addressed in a timely matter. I would recommend to anyone needing a safe place to land.

the management sucks don't rent here. they are only 2 workers there and 90% of thr timr they are never there.

The property manager/maintenance will enter your unit without conspicuous notification, at best. Do not expect to get your deposit returned. They will lie to you multiple time about your refund being in the mail. Then you will receive a notice of collections for the bill they concealed from you. Also, if your vehicle is vandalized, expect nothing to be done. Or maybe it is just incompetence. good luck
