About The Willows Apartments

Completely renovated 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes in Sioux Falls, SD! These thoughtfully designed apartments offer a modern living experience in a convenient location close to school, Scheels, Sertoma Park, walking trails, shopping and… entertainment. If you’re looking for a cozy place to call home, our renovated apartments are the perfect choice.

Our pet-friendly community welcomes up to two pets and offers ample parking, with garage rentals available for $50 per month. Residents enjoy secure building access and the convenience of on-site laundry facilities, making everyday living simple and comfortable.

Renter’s insurance required. We’ve partnered with Foxen to offer coverage for just $15/month, or residents may choose to obtain their own policy through a preferred insurance provider. We also offer the option to enroll in Rentistry, a service that reports rental payments to help build credit for just $8/month.

Security Deposit: $400
Application Fee: $60 per adult
Setup Fee: $200/unit due at the time of move in
Pet Policy: Pets allowed (maximum two). A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $450 to $800 per pet is required, along with monthly pet rent of $40 to $75, depending on the results of the pet screening.
Utilities: Water, sewer, garbage, common electric, and gas billed monthly based on unit size.

Electric for the unit must be set up in the resident’s name.
