Wouldn’t chose again

We did not have the greatest experience here. There were lots of maintenance issues including: oven shorting out, kitchen sink filling up with garbage water, slow drain, cold shower water. The worst of which was the flooding which caused us to move out early as it made our apartment inhabitable. Things might’ve been different if we weren’t in the basement but still wouldn’t recommend this one for the money it cost

No much to brag about.

Having lived here for a very long time now, my opinion of the apartments has greatly changed. there hasn't been any upgrades to the existing apartments over the last 15 years. My appliances are falling apart, as my shelves in my refrigerator are self repaired with duct tape. My dishwasher gave out 2 years ago, and was replaced with the cheapest piece of junk they could find. it doesn't even fit where the old one was, and cosmetic appearance of the area isn't nice.

The deck on the apartment… is dangerous to use, with large shards of wood sticking up, and nails continuing to come out of the exceptionally old, uncared for wood.

The heat and cold in the house is extremely poorly distributed, making the central heat and air useless in parts of the house, requiring fans and space heaters.

The garages are frequently being checked by individuals trying to get into them, and there is no security cameras on the grounds.

The grounds have animal stations installed, but most tenants don't use them, leaving animal waist everywhere, and nowhere for children to play, and the complex doesn't clean the grounds. severe weather has caused some severe damage to some area of the landscape, and the complex landscaping, but they have neglected doing any repairs to the grounds, leaving it not only unappealing, but dangerous to walk around.

Now, on the good side, staff if friendly, and usually available when you need to contact them. if you have a problem in the apartment, generally, it will be taken care of timely.

Windsor Heigts Apartments

I have lived here for 5 years and I love my apartment! The layout is amazing with a lot of closets and storage space. The kitchen even has laminate wood flooring! Anytime I have a problem it's not even half an hour before maintenance or property management steps in to help. I thought not having a washer a dryer in my apartment would be annoying but they have a facility in the basement which is always clean and available. I also only have to pay for electricity, all other amenities are included!… The grounds are always clean and well maintained and they are always making improvements. The apartment layout is also nice because instead of a long hallway, there are only 4 apartments per floor so I feel like I have a lot more privacy. They are also pet friendly! I have recommended this apartment complex to many friends and will continue to do so!
