The apartment buildings and apartments themselves may look nice from the outside, but that's about all they have going for them. The property management is a joke. No matter how often residents have complained of smoking in neighboring apartments and garages and being told it's a lease violation, the property manager does nothing to remedy the situation. Dogs regularly poop on sidewalks and patios, and despite having a "dog poop policy," nothing is done. Parking is horrendous in that residents... and visitors regularly park in no-parking zones so that others are blocked in and cannot exit their garages or parking spot. This is exacerbated in the winter when snow removal cannot adequately clear the lot due to residents refusing to move their cars regardless of threats that they will be towed. I have slipped and fallen numerous times this winter because of this. Garbage removal is another huge issue. Past renters will leave furniture, electronics, etc., even though the garbage service does not remove them, so they sit near the dumpsters for months, if not years, creating an eyesore. Residents also leave broken garbage strewn about.

Im not sure what other properties are like in the area, but I'm sure there are better places to live than this disaster. Read More
