Amazing Community

We moved our daughter from CO to TN so she could complete her degree at UT. Out of several tours of different apartments we found this to be the safest place for her. She was here for over 1 year and had nothing but an amazing experience. The sense of community, the grounds are beautiful and unkept. The maintenance department was amazing and very fast with any concerns we had. The leasing office was amazing help and always had great communication. I sad to see her moving for a new job because... this felt like home not only for her but for us when we visited. I appreciate the staff and community more than you will know. I highly recommend this complex to any one of any age group. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Amazing Luxury Apartment

I have loved living here, brand new construction. The staff has worked so hard to maintain the property and have done an amazing job making me feel welcomed.

Lived here before purchasing a home and it was the best experience. From all the different spaces to hang out to having free coffee each day. Recomment 100%, 10 out of 10!

Poor Management & Ameneties

I lived in this complex from November 2023 until September of 2024. This was a new complex at that time. The management team, Raquel & Rebecca do very little to keep the property looking nice. Many of the amenities were broke or not available for use after hours. They have gone through several maintenance team members and the complex continues to get run down. I would not recommend this complex.
