Avoid at all costs

I spent 24hrs in this apartment and had to run. I never got to see the place before move in (came from out of state), and was told on the website and when I called that the unit was a refurbished one. They failed to say that it was refurbished YEARS ago. Place was gross and not ready for someone to move into. Dirt and bugs everywhere (roaches running around and a dishwasher full of fruit fly maggots). Bathtub needed to be resealed. A/C didn't work...in July. Front door "closed", but not safe if… someone pushed it with any force. And so much more. They offered to fix everything, but other tenants I met told stories about their unwillingness to actually do maintenance on the units. The condition of the apartment was blamed on a lazy cleaning crew, but the apartment was worse than that. To get out, I lost all of the money that I had given them so far (deposit and rent), but they "generously" didn't charge me an early termination fee to leave the filth and lies. I pity anyone who's life situation forces them to live here.

New Management Has Truly Transformed This Community!

I’ve had a fantastic experience since the new management took over! The team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property looks better than ever, clean, well-kept, and welcoming.

You can really tell there’s been a positive change. It feels like a community again, and I’m so glad to call this place home. Highly recommend!
