From the beginning of my search, she was very friendly answered my questions and her communication is awesome. It was even better to meet her in person. I think she was more excited than me. Everyone is so nice. I love the community. I’m glad I have found my new home here.

As a former Assistant Property Manager, I understand how this business works—and unfortunately, this community does not operate with integrity or true care for its residents.

We were sent to collections over a $130 water charge, while I was still in active email communication with the assistant manager trying to resolve it. We later received a final email simply stating, “Sorry, but it’s already been sent to collections.” No final phone call, no effort to work it out—just handed off without... warning.

To make matters worse, the final balance was never properly mailed to us as required. Instead, it was only emailed to one of the two lease holders, leaving the other completely out of the loop.

Since receiving that collections notice, I’ve been emailing the assistant manager, the property manager, and even the regional manager every single day—and have yet to receive a single response. The complete lack of communication is beyond frustrating and unprofessional.

If you’re thinking about moving here, please know: once you’re no longer under lease, you’re no longer a priority. They’ll protect their bottom line before they protect your rights or your record. Read More

I really enjoy living here its been very convenient for me and my family. Maintenance has been amazing and quick to respond. The office staff is friendly and professional.

Do not move here. My apartment has flooded MULTIPLE times, everytime it rains a decent amount.. along with atleast 4 other units around me. I am aware that the guy before me moved units because of this problem and it was never resolved. Also worth mentioning the amount of times I’ve had to call pest control due to roaches. When I called about the issues management met me with hostility and told me that “everyone else deals with bugs too” along with a completely unnecessary attitude. Only live here if you like your neighbors hearing your conversations and you want to pay 60-70 a month for water and sewer since they charge triple the standard sewer rate charged by the utility provider.
