As a former Assistant Property Manager, I understand how this business works—and unfortunately, this community does not operate with integrity or true care for its residents.
We were sent to collections over a $130 water charge, while I was still in active email communication with the assistant manager trying to resolve it. We later received a final email simply stating, “Sorry, but it’s already been sent to collections.” No final phone call, no effort to work it out—just handed off without... warning.
To make matters worse, the final balance was never properly mailed to us as required. Instead, it was only emailed to one of the two lease holders, leaving the other completely out of the loop.
Since receiving that collections notice, I’ve been emailing the assistant manager, the property manager, and even the regional manager every single day—and have yet to receive a single response. The complete lack of communication is beyond frustrating and unprofessional.
If you’re thinking about moving here, please know: once you’re no longer under lease, you’re no longer a priority. They’ll protect their bottom line before they protect your rights or your record.
