I have lived here for over a year. There have been a few ups and downs but it feels a lot safer here now. The amenities are decent and the location is great. It is nice being so close to downtown Chattanooga. The views are pretty as well

Quiet community that has held up surprisingly well despite its age. Always kind people in the office willing to help out. Had some issues with my door, but it was quickly fixed!

So far awesome! Everything is clean and the community seems very welcoming. I can’t complain at all. The amenities are cool and I can’t wait to get in the pool. I love my new home

3.5 stars: It’s not modern, but it is great for the price! Maintenance is responsive and does well. Wish communication was better within the office

A very friendly environment and a kind management team. Efficient maintenance team on call. Limited noise control in a quiet environment—short distance to work without traffic.
