Riverwalk at Cameron Harbor South

CAUTION and BEWARE - of the Evergreen Real Estate Management Company. After two fantastic years of living at the Riverwalk of Cameron Harbor all of those joyful memories were abruptly and egregiously devastated.

Unfortunately I have fallen victim to the "same ole song and dance" you hear about this property with regard to a lease ending, dealing with automatic renewals, and auto drafts after lease has been fulfilled and now, you guessed it! Non-refund of my wrongfully drafted account.

Please… ensure you protect yourself and your hard earned dollars. There are PLENTY of other apartment complexes in Chattanooga that provide much better amenities, units, and management companies. I lived there for one year, and it was one year too many. They try to sell you on the amenities. But they don’t tell you that people’s vehicles get broken into and stolen all the time there, and they still do not have any sort of patrol around the complex. If you want your stuff taken and not a gated apartment, then move here. If you like your stuff and good people, then look elsewhere.

I usually don't write reviews, but I feel like this was necessary. Christian, Zoe, and Alley are some of the most genuine people I have ever met. My move in process was extremely smooth, they were full of information, and welcomed me with a smile and complimentary gifts! I have lived in multiple communities, and this is by far the most perfect community. If you're thinking of moving to Chattanooga, this is such a nice space and an amazing location.
