Spooktaculiar Halloween Event

The office staff out did themselves again! They decorated, entertained, and filled our atmosphere here at home with lots of genuine care and compassion. Way to go! Happy Halloween

You could do a lot better

I've lived here for 4 years.

- Buildings are disgusting. Carpets are stained and dirty, and the apartments themselves are underwhelming. The floors are that weird vinyl wood that's difficult to clean.
- Staff isn't very understanding or patient. They've gotten on me for having dishes in my sink during inspection. And I've been harassed with two lease violations that came out of nowhere. They didn't even try to talk to me about the concerns - I just got a letter from a lawyer. In the 4 years... I've lived here I have had ONE insufficient funds (due to my rent being stuck in another bank account), and they made me pay by money order for 6 MONTHS after that. Overkill much?
-Walls are THIN. You will hear everything. I mean everything.
- I hope my weed-smoking neighbors are being held to the same scrutiny that I am. I smell it coming down through my vents, in my hallway...

You could do way better for about the same price. I suggest you do so.

Great place to live

My stay was great, the staff was great and the completed any issue that arose in a very timely manner. Maintenance staff where easy to work with and listened to the issue at hand

Great place to live

I have been here now going on 6yrs, have seen all the bad and am really impressed by all the new changes from remodeling,new decks, parking lot renewal, company watching our vehicles now, to new maintenance manager...Hallelujah
Never wait more than 1 day on service requests, unless of course its a part issue (out of anyone control)
To complete management change and what
a huge difference, calling the office and greeted by name. I've always loved it here but now am feeling like home. Truly am... grateful to be here.

Oh yeall our pool got an overhaul on deck too!! YAY Can't wait...

My stay has been great they have great customer services. I have been here for 5 months and they have been great I love it Asford place it’s peaceful
