Very Disappointed…

My stay at cumberland ridge was great up until it was time to leave. Beatrice tried to keep my co-signer and me’s security deposit, claiming that we signed a agreement about an $150 carpet cleaning move-out fee.(The move out fee was originally if you didn’t clean the carpet before you left but she recently made it mandatory at move out) It wasn’t in the lease that we agreed/signed to and they still charged us for it. Then she tried to add another extra charge because she stated that I left a day… after my move-out date..FYI- I left 3 weeks before move out and returned the key a week before as well.

On a positive note the campus is very clean and maintained. I want to commend the office workers and maintainance! They are very friendly and welcoming; the apartments wouldn’t run without them! I hope that they find a better establishment to work for, they don’t deserve to work under somebody like that..

Great place to call home

Cumberland Ridge is a beautiful-safe community with spacious modern apartments. The staff’s beyond friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions on top of planning fun activities monthly. This is the best complex in Clarksville.

A Great Place To Live

Cumberland Ridge Apts are beautiful and spacious…it’s a safe and well kept community and I love living here. The staff in the office are beyond helpful and so friendly…always available to answer any questions on top of planning events for the tenants. Great apartments and a great staff.

Rude and dismissive

Unprofessional and Poor Communication

The management at Cumberland Ridge Apartments is incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. They are unresponsive to concerns, often ignoring emails and calls, and when they do respond, they are rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting residents with legitimate questions, they make the process frustrating and difficult. If you’re looking for a place with reliable and respectful management, I would not recommend this complex.
