Inconsistent management and poor communication
Parking enforcement was inconsistent. Management only responded when residents submitted photos of violations, which put the burden on tenants instead of proactive monitoring. I also had issues with my security deposit — I was told it had already been sent, but in reality it was only mailed after I followed up. While I did receive the check, the experience left me disappointed with how management communicated and handled the process.
