Awesome property

I actually just moved out but I'm posting because how great of an experience the whole process was. Management thoroughly explained everything I needed to do and was very considerate when I forgot something. The property is nice and clean and maintenance was always reliable. I could not highly recommend this place enough especially for military.

A great place!

I love this place. The apartments are very spacious, and modern and the management is very helpful and nice. She does such a good job of taking care of everyone. Strongly recommend.

Inconsistent management and poor communication

Parking enforcement was inconsistent. Management only responded when residents submitted photos of violations, which put the burden on tenants instead of proactive monitoring. I also had issues with my security deposit — I was told it had already been sent, but in reality it was only mailed after I followed up. While I did receive the check, the experience left me disappointed with how management communicated and handled the process.

Very loud

Every single night, motorcycle and cars will come in around 10:30 - 11:00 PM with windows open with speakers on MAX. Stay in the parking lot for 5-10 minutes and then leave. Random people will appear at your door freaking you out. The place itself is nice. Not your neighbors. I don't even know if it's your neighbor or not at this point. But if you are looking for a quite peaceful home, avoid this place.

Great New Place!

Just moved in and honestly it's been a breeze! The office lady was super helpful and made the process so easy for us. Nice new construction and all the appliances are all stainless steel and super nice!
