Awful
I honestly don’t even know where to start. This has been the worst living experience I’ve ever had. Our power has been shut off at least three separate times because management isn’t paying the building’s electric bill on time. That is completely unacceptable. We pay rent every single month, so what exactly are we paying for if they can’t even keep the lights on?
On top of that, all entrances require a key fob, and at least four different times the entire system has stopped working. Tenants were... literally locked out of their own building with no warning and no immediate solution. It’s beyond frustrating and honestly embarrassing to have to wait outside your own home because management can’t maintain basic systems.
During the warmer months, they also refuse to cut the grass. There isn’t even that much grassy area to begin with, so it’s not like it would take much effort. Instead, it’s left overgrown and looking horrible. It makes the whole property look neglected and poorly managed.
