Love it!!! We love it her everyone seems so nice and it has a pool and a gym. Also has wonder scenery and squirrels. I would recommend this to anyone has a gate so not just anyone can come in to the apartments. Maintenance is always on top of every request and gets the job done fast. The ladies in the office are nice and understanding about everything.

Maintenance Hot water heater was leaking, maintenance brought a new heater within the hour and had it installed. Standard/routine requests are always handled the next day and emergencies are handled almost immediately.

Esthetics Clean environment, pleasant staff questions answered. We did not see apt before moving here. Family made arrangements. Pleasently surprised.

Noisy Buldings If you have neighbors above you , then you can hear them walking, kids playing, pets barking, water running. A lot of the tenants don’t clean up after their pets.
You have to be careful where you walk. Water and wastewater is not metered so you pay a percentage of the bill for the entire property , even if you were gone for the month.
