Would NOT recommend

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! From the very beginning we had issues with volunteer properties. First, after putting a deposit on a specific unit, we were told we couldn’t move in there with no explanation and forced to move into a “partially” renovated unit. Upon move in, our unit was dirty, missing shelves, mold in toilets, and every faucet in the townhouse leaked including the washer/dryer. We also had a problem with our neighbors smoking in the unit and made EVERYTHING we owned smell like smoke. It… smelled so bad that our new house smelled like smoke for a week. The neighborhood hood is very noisy due to Peachers mill rd. Sirens are constant. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!

Wouldn’t recommend

It’s not a quiet neighborhood at all with the sound of Peachers Mill Rd echoing all night. Their “renovated” units had flaws everywhere...every wall was painted poorly, you can see where they tried to cover up the holes, cabinets were crooked/didn’t close all the way, had continuous issues with sinks leaking, our dish washer never washed our dishes thoroughly. The “brand new” flooring was coming up in the corners where it meets the wall. Even though you have your own HVAC unit, the smells from… your neighbors unit comes through the walls (i.e. if your neighbor cooks smelly food or smokes cigarettes 24/7, it’ll make your home smell like it). We had to throw out some of our stuff because of the permanent cigarette smell from our neighbors after moving out of this place. Our neighbors had continuous issues with fleas in their unit. Honestly, not worth how much they’re charging the renovated units for. While they are nice at the main office, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
