The Best Apartment Community in Clarksville

“I’ve had an excellent experience at Sinclair Apartments. The units are spacious with modern, brand-new appliances that create a luxurious atmosphere. The amenities are wonderful — especially the pool and parks, which my son loves. The location is extremely convenient, close to restaurants, shopping, and just five minutes from my child’s school. The community is welcoming, the neighbors are friendly, and the front office staff consistently provides outstanding customer service. I’m truly… grateful to call Sinclair home.”

Best place I have ever lived!!!!

Office staff are amazing. Maintenance team are knowledgeable and timely. Beautiful apartment and amenities are out of this world! So close to everything .. location is key. I recommend.

Don’t move here if you want quiet!

I’ve been in my apartment for 6 weeks, and the noise issues are unbearable. Don’t let the beauty of new construction fool you! You can hear every single step from the neighbor above, clear conversations from the neighbor below (you could honestly mute your TV and just listen to theirs), and constant noise from adjacent units. It’s obvious that the demo apartment they showed was heavily soundproofed — nothing like the actual unit I moved into.
This feels deceptive. The leasing company clearly… misled me by showcasing a unit that doesn’t represent what tenants actually get. If I had known how poorly insulated these apartments were, I would’ve never signed the lease. I’m considering reaching out to regulatory authorities over this misleading practice.

If you value peace and quiet, be cautious. What they show you upfront is not what you’ll be living in.

None of the apartments are soundproof, not even the model unit, and all of the security deposit paperwork plainly states, "you will hear noise, there are 24 families living in one building" but please do what you feel like you need to. I'm sorry you… happen to have gotten neighbors that are louder than others. Some people are not meant to live in community living. If you require complete peace and quiet, apartment living is not for you.
We do act on all complaints, as much as we can by law of course.
