Great Property, Very Clean!

This is a very clean property and I appreciate that they take very good care of it. Amanda is amazing and works really hard. She really cares about the tenants and facilities. Everyone is really nice and the units are in amazing condition! Very modern and updated. Rent is much lower than other places around for a better place and the move-in special is unheard of right now!

I love The Flats, the lawn is always perfect, the neighborhood is quiet and I feel always safe. The office personnel are very friendly and approachable and no matter what issue you may have, they work with you to try to help you.
