I love The Flats, the lawn is always perfect, the neighborhood is quiet and I feel always safe. The office personnel are very friendly and approachable and no matter what issue you may have, they work with you to try to help you.

We have loved living here so far. Anytime there has been a problem, we are contacted within a few hours to have it fixed. We feel like our concerns, although very few, are always heard and addressed immediately.
