The Preserve at Spring Creek

Beautiful property, especially during the summer months. I wouldn’t exactly categorize these as “luxury” at all. The units themselves could definitely use some modernization for the price you pay. Property management is also not great. You’ll rarely hear anything from the ACTUAL property manager herself, so you’re stuck dealing with the assistant manager who seems to not have great communication skills.

The office staff that greet you with a smile and hello, stop and grab a cup of hot coffee a d share a quick chat,,these ladies treat you like family.
Amenities that are outstanding, let's take a quick look.. Large, spacious clubhouse that's available for rent, having an event and really don't want extra people in and out of your home,the clubhouse is the solution! Are you wanting to work on that New Years resolution and not have to !save the complex? The gym is the place to be,grab a... neighbor and get some steps in!
The pool is the place to be in the hot summer heat. The fur babies have their own dog park!
I originally checked out the neighborhood, because my Aunt wouldn't stop talking about the neighborhood and I finally had to check it out and fell in love, she got a nice d referral bonus and I found a family atmosphere with my Aunt included.

Some of the BEST customer service I;ve ever received! The team is super friendly and went above and beyond to make move-in easy. April is super great and helpful. I've lived many places and this complex has great people, nice peace and quiet, and excellent units. Definitely worth coming to see it in person!

As a lifelong resident of Clarksville and previous home owner, I believe the Preserve to be the "best" of apartment living in the area. My partner and I have enjoyed the Preserve for 2 years, in both 3 and 2 bedrooms respectively.
It is quiet and secluded. The outside has "market appeal" and character unlike so many other apartment complexes that resemble army barracks. The floor plans are varied with high ceilings with crown molding.

Work orders are easily submitted and maintenance has... been consistently prompt within 24 hours of submitting a work order. The office staff and manager are very friendly and always willing to listen. And they actually act upon concerns and suggestions. Special thanks to Kobee who responds quickly to issues!

To echo other reviewers comments, the location is superb surrounded by restaurants and shopping. People looking for quality apartment living should definitely consider the Preserve.

My husband and I lived here for 2 years and think back about our time at the apartment often. My husband was deployed frequently and I always felt safe and secure being alone there. Maintenance was FANTASTIC and answered all of my requests (2 requests the entire time we were there because they keep up so great with scheduled maintenance) in a quick and timely manner. Management was understanding and fair. I would highly recommend this apartment!
