Wonderful place to call home

My husband and I have been at Brooke's Edge between 7-8 years. The office staff is friendly and very helpful the maintenence guys are very friendly. This has been our home and we have loved it here. The pool is awesome it is a salt water pool. The fitness room is always kept clean and is also wonderful to use.

You'll love it here!

We moved from out of state and needed a place while house is completed. We were having issues due to pets, and we found Brooksedge and fell in love! The office & maintenance staff are amazing! Hailey, Ashley, Sonja, Stan & Ron have gone above and beyond with customer service. I had 3 minor work orders and all completed the very next day.
The exercise equipment is new and good shape and they're quick to repair it if needed. I haven't had a change to use pool due to closed for winter. They... have a small dog park and LOTS of poo stations located around the grounds. The view is amazing and its quiet. No parties no loud music that I have ever noticed. A few times the college kids use the fire pit next to our units but the sound deadening is great, so no issues there. Smoking not allowed in apartments nor within 20 feet I believe. I dont smoke so no big deal.
