HORRIBLE APARTMENTS

I have lived here for 3 years and never behind on rent, and am about to currently move. The manager is the laziest person I know of, and picks and chooses who to help and what to help with at the complex, she’s not good at her job. The maintenance men Fix nothing serious so if you have bugs or a leak, good luck. I would recommend these to only people in desperate need of a home.

Nice apartments for rent price

I lived in this complex 3 times: 2006-2010, 20012-2014, and 2017-2018. During those times there were 3 different managers Brenda (who passed away) was very great with working with you on things. Jim, was a horrible manager, and the current manager, Shavonne who also was there sometime during the past and was very understand and worked with us on anything needed. Maintenance is awesome and is usually prompt on getting things fixed. Jeff is like a superman. The apartments have upgraded a lot,… there is 2 play areas for kids now and a few picnic tables. They are also upgrading the aesthetics of the property with plants and flowers and it's starting to look a lot better. At one point people were planting stuff like it was their house and it was looking a mess (and was very weird to me). Other than that I would say negatives are, the limited amenities, you will probably find more amenities else where and if rent is going up why not get more for your money. Also there is only one manager, so when she's gone the person they have fill in isn't going to be much help. The manager is doing the job of like 3 positions in a complex with a bigger market. However, the manager is usually there, I have never had a problem getting ahold of her in her office or over the phone as the person below mentions. She is also the least bit of rude. Some people just like to find stuff to complain about. OH yea and there's a lot of kids, so if you don't like little humans go to an old folks home. We had several issues in our apartment itself but they are old and you get what you pay for. Like I said Jeff always fixes the problems prompt along with the crew. Overall I liked living in Autumnwood.

I went to look at property and was amazed at how well maintained the units and grounds were and the staff and management were friendly and help full and professional
