Moved here a few months ago and so glad I chose them. Preston has the most amazing and FRIENDLY staff you could ever imagine. Karen and Lori will greet you by name with a smile and a wave as they scoot around the property. Scott and Steve are a joy to interact with. You can tell they are a tight knit team and listen to your concerns and bend over backwards to help to the best of their abilities.

We have been here over a year and couldn't be happier. The office ladies are very sweet and helpful, the maintenance team gets issues resolved quickly, and all of the neighbors we have met have been very friendly.

I moved here 2 months ago and it's been great! It is very quiet and the neighbors I have met are very friendly and welcoming. I can't speak enough about the staff....Karen is the most amazing person I have ever met. She goes above and beyond to make your move in experience a good one. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call home!!

When I called to get information on this property, the customer service is what won me over. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If I left messages, they called back or they have the text option which is really cool as well. So glad I made the decision to make Preston Columbia my home.
