Have to pay a mandatory "trash valet" every month just to have my trash and all of my neighbors trash sit outside for days because no one picks it up on the days they say they're supposed to. And all the disposal sites in the property are filled to the brim with trash so there is also trash all around the dumpsters. This place is so poorly managed, not to mention the two crater sized potholes that have been in the middle of the main roads through the complex for months now. I wouldn't bother... touring or thinking of leasing had I known

We contacted CCS about the delayed valet trash pick ups, and this has since then been addressed. However, if you are experiencing issues, you could have contacted us directly. Actually, the community has been managed better than before. As far as the... potholes, did you check your emails? We sent out emails 2 weeks ago about the capital projects around the community, with pot hole repair being one of them. We are above 90% occupied, so we are doing something right!

I was scheduled a viewing for 4PM and when I got here the door was locked and had a clock that said they will be back at 9:30.This is very unprofessional and acceptable.I drove almost an hour to view this apartment !!DO NOT MOVE HERE!

This is the most disgusting apartment complex I have ever experienced. The plumbing is trash. Your apartment WILL flood. One or more of your appliances WILL go out. I have had to call code enforcement SEVERAL times because Maintenance is grossly incompetent and dishonest and the people who should care DON’T.

the view at Shelby farms.” I’m disappointed in the communication between management and I. I’ve been waiting for the lease to be posted online so that I can review the terms of the lease before relocating/signing. It’s been two weeks and I still have not received my lease but I have sent a large amount of money to the property. The property has been unorganized from the moment I stopped by September 1st to view one of the units. It looks as if the leasing agent “ashley” is the only one on the... property trained to do everything, but she is extremely busy at all times. Please get ms ashley more help in the leasing office. I haven’t even fully made it into a unit here yet, but I can tell it’s a bad choice already.
