nice staff peaceful apartment complex

High Quality Value

I have lived at Harpeth Trace for nearly 8 years and keep renewing my lease because of the quality of the apartments, property, and the people managing and maintaining it. The property manager is professional and empathetic, always going above and beyond to provide extra community events, like movies, pool parties, and BBQs. The maintenance staff is equally exceptional, keeping the property clean and well-functioning. I highly recommend this family-friendly community.

Wonderful place for a small or mid size family

Since day one here at we have been treated like a small community the amenities are always kept to a tee hands down best place to stay in Dickson

A Great Community

This apartment complex exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. Maintenance is prompt, the property is well kept, and the atmosphere is safe and comfortable. I’m so grateful to live here and couldn’t recommend it more.

Great New Home!

This apartment complex is the absolute best we had been trying to find our first place together and finally found one with Harpeth Trace and we couldn’t be more happy they are beautiful on the outside and the inside as well!
