Excellent management and maintenance service. Quick response time and water heater replacement. Complete clean up of the utility closet following removal of the old water heater. Couldn't ask for better!

Oh where do I begin on why you should not move in here... There are so many!

1) Number one is the maintenance and how to run things here. I turned in a complaint about mold in my bathroom and poorly sealed floors that was causing the floor to peel up. THEY TOOK 25 DAYS TO GET BACK TO ME. TWENTY-FIVE!! And absolutely no warning they just came one day and started to BANG INCESSANTLY ON MY DOOR. No heads up or warning they just showed up and expected to be let in and probably would have just… waltzed in had I not already invested in a good door jam. At the time I was in my bathroom completely naked and coloring my hair so not exactly decent enough to let them in. They proceeded to come back 3 times to bang on my door despite trying to get the office to make them stop. This whole ordeal sent me into a huge panic attack and it took me a while to recover from it. My mother and I have been trying to get the office people to let them know they need to give at least 24 hours notice on when they show up as I have a panic disorder and cannot handle men banging on my door no warning at all but all they've done is dismiss us and say they can't do anything about it- which is bullshit I have never had this happen in the other apartments I've stayed at.

2) The parking lot is basically right on the buildings and neighbors are rude and very often drive in bumping loud music and will then proceed to sit in the cars with the music still going for upwards of an hour late at night.

3) The buildings are put together so poorly that if you have a car bumping music in front of you or upstairs neighbors are playing music or watching TV it will SHAKE your whole apartment. And the creaky ceilings and floor are at a completely inexcusable level. I'm talking loud screeching creaks, so loud they jerk you awake in the middle of the night if an upstairs neighbor decides they need a midnight bathroom break. When my neighbors are home I have to wear headphones and earplugs just to get through the evening.

Needless to say my lease can't come up soon enough and if you are like me, living with a panic disorder, this place does not care and they do not respect that. They will do whatever they want whenever they want. I have lived in much better places than this so seriously look else where. Read More
