Great Experience!

I've have had a fantastic experience living at Anchor 934. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a great vibe. The apartments are modern, the amenities are excellent, and everything is kept really clean.

My experience with the staff has been great, especially Tai, extremely helpful and responsive. Everyone has been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.

The location is another huge plus. Being in the heart of Farragut makes it incredibly convenient, with great… restaurants, shopping, and everything you need just a few minutes away.

I have had a blast living here, and I am grateful for the experience. I can't recommend it enough.

Amazing Amenties & Outstanding Customer Service

Throughout my time renting here with Anchor I have experienced nothing aside from top tier customer service. I also have enjoyed repeatedly the amenities the property provides. As they are spacious and allow all residents the enjoyment of use with out the feeling of being over crowed or pushed aside. The community as well as it's staff truly ensures that all of us who live here truly feel at home much more than I have felt/experienced elsewhere!

Not luxury, management terrible, roaches everywhere

I regret moving here. Overpriced for what it is. Things constantly breaking, terrible communication from management. The floors are paper thin. Car broken into. Nothing done about noise complaints from neighbors.

Living at anchor 934 has been wonderful! The staff is also super!
