Carl Matthews Provides Top-Notch Service at IMT Cool Springs

I recently visited a friend at IMT Cool Springs and was very impressed. While I was there, she had a work order, and Carl Matthews came to fix the problem. He was punctual and completed the repair much faster than expected. It's clear that the maintenance team, and Carl specifically, are efficient and reliable. It's great to see such professional service, and it definitely made me happy my friend lives in such a well-managed community.

Beautiful community with bunch of amenities

It has been three years I'm with this community and really could not find any alternatives at the same quality and with same rental cost.
It is clean, maintained and has superb customer service.

Moving in went well

Move in was a breeze. The new apartment was clean and in very good order. Ricky and the staff were great. Looking forward to living here the next year.

Disapointing

I lived here for 14 months and am now thankfully gone.

I can't recommend. I have lived in probably 2 dozen rentals or more in my life. Houses, condos, apartments, etc. This was my least desirable place that I have ever rented from and I would not go back, or to any of their affiliates if the opportunity arose.

I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

My family and I have been living in these apartments for a little over a year now. Last summer they only had one pool open due to renovation. We were not upset about it cause we knew this summer both of the pools should be open. Well now they only have one pool open yet again and they closed them both right before Memorial Day. You pay a lot of money for these apartments to be able to use the amenities and we have not been able to use them much so far this year.

Another issue is people let... their kids run wild by themselves (the apartment should not be letting this happen), only 1 grill out of 4 are working and now both of the pools and the gyms are closed. The gym is closed due to vandalism by kids who were not being supervised. This is becoming an ongoing issue and had we known it was going to be this bad we would not have signed another lease here.

There are lots of other nicer places to stay in Franklin that seem to be run better! I would not recommend these apartments, unless they can fix all these issues.

Though we’re really happy to hear you like living at IMT Cool Springs, we’re saddened to find out that we let you down... in other aspects, and for this we apologize. Occasionally our amenities will require service and/or repairs and we are so sorry for any inconvenience when this occurs. As we discussed today, both pools should be in working order by tomorrow and the grills at the West property are both in working condition. We received an update today regarding our vandalized fitness center and feel it will be safe to open in the next couple of days. As a reminder, should you witness anyone in violation of the community rules during business hours please call Resident Services so that we can address the issue as it is happening. Should you need to report any suspicious behavior, noise or parking issues after business hours please reach out to our after-hours Courtesy Officer at 615-771-1890 and follow the prompts. It was nice talking with you today Courtney and it is our hope that we will be able to turn your negative experience around to a positive one real soon.
