It’s a gorgeous apartment, management is fantastic. My only complaint is something management can’t do anything about, which is the smell of the apartments and building. There are people from other cultures that cook traditional foods and the smell is strong and lingers. The smell takes over my whole apartment everyday and I’ve done all I can do with my apartment keeping it clean and smelling good. Sometimes I feel like my clothes and my belongings smell like their food. It’s really upsetting... and uncomfortable. It’s everyday. What do I even say to management? What can they do? Nothing. I have loved living here the past three years! The amenities are amazing and the area is super safe and fun for exploring! Highly recommend the Harper!

So far so good! Everyone is nice and helpful! During the move-in process, the staff was super helpful. Gave me a good tour of all of the property got to meet some of the maintenance individuals already had a maintenance request that they filed and completed but then a decent amount of days overall great experience so far.

Everything has been smooth and easy. Very appreciative of Hope and Alexis being so kind to my girl. The maintenance team has also been great with immediate repairs.
