Don't do it.

Living here now. Fixing to move out. Landlord let's anyone and everyone in. Wife got sexually assaulted by the neighbor and landlord refused to do anything about the guy. RUN DOWN APARTMENTS. Floor is about to cave in, air doesn't work, water NEVER gets hot enough. Rude people, neighbors who spy on you. All around horrible place to live.
