If you like the smell of mold and higher rent every month and No one to call when things break down this great place to live but beware that they sell the place every year to keep keep your deposit and the hasn't work in 5 years

It does not have a working pool, the dog park in a fenced area in with no shade for pets, and always has trash on the grounds. Hard to get maintenance issues fixed.

Here's the amenities: Rats, Roaches, Squirrels nesting/dying in the walls, Sewage back up's, and Mold. CODES need to shut this place down. Poor maintenance...they just patch up; nothing gets repaired properly! Rent is too high!!

If I could give half a star, I would. Management is very hard to deal with and throw unexpected charges almost every month. The inside of the apartments is very dated and if something breaks it is very difficult to get management to deal with it. When I was moving my things in shortly after signing my lease i noticed roaches crawling around, I let management know and they had somebody spray for bugs but it didnt last very long before spiders and other bugs made their way back in. Mold leaking windows floors falling in doors do not close or lock do not fix anything but heat and air conditioner and leaks of the sink. Bad management.
