Cantare at Indian Lake Village

I cannot imagine a better apartment complex than Cantare! The entire property feels like home! Management is endlessly helpful; the community is clean; the complex is well lit at night; the walkability is a dream (The Streets of Indian Lake Village is just a hop away); and the maintenance staff responds in an instant. It's hard to imagine my life without Cantare. As one might say: 10/10 would recommend!!

I only had 4 moths here, and really living here has become a nightmare.
Im living in a second floor, and I have a 2 years old baby and obviously she walk and run, I can't ban her walk, since the first day here my downstairs neighbor comes to my door and yelled at me, and came two more times. Then she started to hit my floor (her ceiling) every day, in the night, early morning(2, 3, 4 am) without reason, sometimes we are not in all day, and in the night... she still hitting and hitting. The problem is we have call around 4-5 times to the administration and they don't do anything, ANYTHING. Actually I’ve seen myself in the need of calling the police in the early morning, but she don't care, she still hitting, in the early morning or in the night and my baby wake up scared, I have records but that's not matter :(

As a home owner moving into an apartment I would say the Transition was rather easy and everyone has been very helpful and understanding.

I haven't been at Cantare long enough to provide a good assessment. I do like the community and staff. So far everything has been wonderful.

Friendly and helpful office staff, quiet place to live, bright clean apartment, nice amenities.
