You pay a high amount of rent for pot holes, outdated appliances, no maintenance, a company who could care less about tenants, and bad customer service. The parking lot is so bad you would think with all this rent they collect they could afford to repave this disaster of a parking lot. Heck the ones across for us a cheaper and we're able to repave theirs lol. Appliance are so old and break frequently and then they just keep fixing them when they really need replaced. If anything breaks don't expect it to be fixed for weeks or sometimes even longer. Especially if it's an appliance or electrical item. Air conditioners are old and go out often and appliances are really outdated. They may have biggest townhomes in the area but for the money you can get better upgrades somewhere else.

Maintenance manager keep promising with no action , since i moved 2 months ago we inspect the apartement and they take notes about the issues need to be done but they did not take any action until we go back and forward to the office many times
My wife is pregnant with background of asthma ,AC upstairs Master room did not work in proper way when i ask to solve the issue with technical way they gave me solution which does not make any since , I escelated my situation to Maintenance manager and… rudly told me PREGNANCY IS NOT AN EMERGENCY for me and they refuse to give me top managnent email to talk or send email to them to complain
We have and discussed a solution and till now NO ACTION TAKEN,
I AM DONE WITH Maintenance Manger person we want to talk to high managment not the office any more

I have read numerous reviews on the place on many different sites. I was afraid to take a chance on it. It was my first option and I had to see for myself. The individual in the office that assisted me was beyond awesome. I've only been living here a week and I love it. It does not feel like an apartment complex at all. My cabinets were all intact and I haven't seen any issues. It is very quiet. I met the maintenance staff and was informed on how to report issues and also told that sometimes… other issues might be a priority. Definitely understandable. So as of 9/10/16, I do not see any issues with this place. Check out the place yourself. I'm sure that this place would be empty if it was that horrible. I also asked why they had such horrible reviews after viewing my place. So ask questions and decide for yourself. I love it here.
