A JOKE!!

Ever since we moved into this complex, we've had non-stop issues. The maintenance team is one of the worst I've EVER had within an apartment complex. Like someone stated below they "band-aid" fix all problems because they don't actually know what they are doing. They had our water pressure so high at one point because they know nothing about plumbing, that parts were breaking, and the pipes were shaking in the walls sounding like they're about to bust. Another crazy thing is, if you call to talk… to anyone in the office, they ALWAYS have an attitude as if it's not their job. Recently, we had our power cut off, with warning - but were not given ANY updates as to when it would be back on. We called around 5:30pm as it was still not on, and they still had no idea when it would be on, and got mad at us for calling to ask. Then right after they sent out an email stating it would be back on around 8-9, okay cool. NOPE, didn't even come on till 11:30pm. I am quite honestly so embarrassed to live here, it is such a junky, run down complex, "with better new owners", as we were told when moving in, which quite frankly is far from true, they are VERY cheap.

Horrible experience from a 4 year resident

At first this complex was decent to live in but it went downhill fast. Where do I begin?…The cockroaches, the residents that were so loud the were evicted, the floors that are peeling up, the paint chips in the bathrooms, the constant noise from dogs barking below us, the dog poop everywhere outside. The list just keeps going on. Avoid this place at all cost. We are terminating our lease immediately regardless of getting our deposit back.

Be careful applying as they will take your money and not approve your application

Disclosed credit report prior to applying, they took my $250 to cover administration and application fees, and then denied us because of the same information we disclosed PRIOR to applying. I absolutely feel like this was duplicitous behavior by the management company and should be illegal. Also, they did not disclose their qualifications for consideration prior to the application process either.

Cockroaches everywhere!

This place is crawling with cockroach big ones, small ones, giant ones they are everywhere. I have never lived in a place that had roaches and it is disgusting. They crawl over everything, your food your dishes, your bedding, after awhile it feels like they are crawling on your skin. And although you have to pay a monthly exterminator fee it changes nothing. Take my advice and find somewhere else to live.
