Edgewood by Callio Properties

We’ve been at Edgewood for almost 3 years and have had a great experience. Management has changed a few times during that period, but Brittany has been the best by far. She’s responsive, attentive, and has shown to care about making the community better. We’ve seen improvements to things like the trash area and flooring upgrades, and maintenance requests are usually handled within a day or two.

One thing I actually like about Edgewood is that it doesn’t feel like a large complex with a leasing… office, pool, and constant activity. It’s quieter and more low-key, which is exactly what we were looking for.

As far as noise goes, you can hear traffic from Middle Valley road during higher traffic times. We share a wall with one neighbor and have never heard them.

When you compare Edgewood to similarly priced places in Middle Valley, Hixson, and Soddy-Daisy, it’s a really solid value. The buildings are still relatively new and we’ve been happy enough to stay for three years. Read More
