Vandergriff Village Apartments by Callio Properties

Just a month ago, me and my family went to tour the apartments. We toured a unit and were told that a couple was moving into that unit the following day. The exterior looked very good and was impressed on the outside, but upon walking into the "newly renovated apartment" it was dreadful! There was immediately a musty, moldy smell that was just gross. After looking around, my family quickly realized that the apartment wasn't truly renovated, but rather a bandaid was put on top of a falling... apart place. The worst of it was in the utility closet that housed the AC unit. In the floor of the closet was lots debris and dust piled at the bottom. We left a 5 min self guided tour, sick and needing out. Would not recommend to anyone. A random note: at the time of touring it was called Magnolia Apartments, not Vandergriff Village, but is for sure the same place. Read More
