Relocated from FL to TN-
Relocating to a new state is exciting but nerve racking when you have to secure housing site unseen. I am happy to report that our selection and the location worked out great as we had such a seamless process. Joceyln and Don are the dynamic duo. They were prompt, communcative, and super personable. When we were finally able to view our unit it was more than we expected for the rate particularly coming from the FL market. We been here a few months now and welcome the quiet, slow pace city... that brings a lot of a hometown vibes. Good decision for my mental health and finances. The units are modern, up to date, clean, and I have plenty closet space. We are centrally located to every retail, doctors and entertainment and now look forward to visiting the market every weekend. I love the fact that I have not had one package mishandled since living here as I have not always been a big fan of mailrooms but no issues. The upkeep is great the grounds are attended to and every week they come up with creative ideas to engage the community. Yes, I love it. Thanks team.
