Impeccable

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The setting and land mass is gorgeous!!
The residents are always so kind and staff is great as well. Rob (maintenance) is a wealth of knowledge with a smiling face!!! <3

5 star customer service new to area

We are so appreciative of Melissa and Ryan. My daughter is relocating here from Florida and we did not know the area at all. We went into the Villas at riverbend looking for a one bedroom apartment. There community currently had a wait list but we needed one immediately, even though they did not have anything available they took the time to offer sister locations, explain the area, and called to make sure the apartments were still available at the said community. They both went above and beyond… and we really appreciated their efforts in helping us look for a new place for my daughter to live.I recommend this community 100%.

Great place!

My wife and I moved here about 2yrs ago and we have loved every second of it! We even switched from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and management was so easy to work with!

Poor Management

No matter what the issue is… big or small the office manager/office was NEVER helpful. They are very rude regardless of situation. Also, expect fees and a continual increase in rent despite no real improvements. The property would be much better off with a complete restructuring of management.
