Feels like vacation everyday!!

We recently sold our home and are in the process of building. Aventine Northshore has been perfect for us! It truly feels like you are on vacation everyday!
You can cookout and/or lounge by the year-round pool. The workout facility is top-notch and never crowded! There are entertaining areas for family events! It is also within walking distance of several nice bars and restaurants.....which makes it nice for a quick weeknight meal, or a nice weekend date night! There is even live music! … The office staff goes above and beyond and they have made us feel right at home! Residents are polite, respectful, and friendly! It's a great place to live!!

Best place to live!

Moving across the country and settling into Aventine was incredibly easy! Hannah was always very responsive to my emails and answered all my questions. They also plan fun activities that make this a wonderful community.

Staff at Aventine Northshore are Allstars

Recently I secured an apartment at Aventine Northshore and my timeline was very tight. Hannah from the staff at Aventine went above and beyond to guide me through the application process, being responsive to calls and emails, and even staying late to allow documents to be delivered after office hours. Prior to move in during the the punch list review, Hannah took the time to accompany me to inspect an item and immediately in the moment filed the work order to get the item addressed prior to my… move in. The follow up afterwards to make sure things had been take care of to my satisfaction was timely and sincere. The high level of professionalism and service is the standard from the staff at Aventine. I am very happy with my decision to choose Aventine Northshore.

Couldn’t ask for better

Moved in a month ago and my roommate and I love it. By far the nicest apartment I’ve been to. Everything is nice, clean, and up to date. Everyone is friendly and it’s so convenient to get a bite to eat or go for a drink!

Love this place so far

I've been here for about a month now and I've loved it so far. The area feels very safe and the complex has some pretty great amenities. The staff really take care of things promptly and I couldn’t ask for more.
