Country Club

I moved here last year from California and absolutely love it here! My apartment is spacious and really cute! The price is so affordable (especially in comparison to Cali prices) and water is included in the rent! I also have a cat and don't have to pay pet rent, a big plus! I love this location because I'm close to everything I do. The office and maintenance staff are always super friendly and helpful. I would recommend Country Club to anyone looking for an apartment! I've lived here for about 9 years now, and I have to say that maintenance is one of the best I've ever encountered. The complex itself is to notch. Very friendly people, office is wonderful, and a great location for getting and going anywhere you like. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.

I’ve lived here for several years and I just want to say that things have greatly improved over this past year since the new manager took over. You don’t see trash laying all over the place, you no longer see drug dealers lurking around (that don’t live here anyway) and the overall vibe is better. They are also doing fun things for us again, they even had a food truck a few weeks ago. I hope they keep it up! I have been at Country Club Apartments since 2013. I started in a 2 BR Townhome. It was spacious and well laid out and beautiful. Then I downsized and moved to a 1 BR apartment due to illness. They got me a ground floor apartment that I am in love with. I wouldn't move for anything. The management is always friendly and ready to help. The maintenance is quick to respond and doesn't do a patch job but actually fixes the problem. I hope to stay here forever.

This is not a safe place to live. Notified management many times of people on the grounds that where going into unoccupied apartments to use drugs, tires being slashed, trash everywhere even where maintenance walked by repeatedly without picking up. The apartment was not cleaned upon move in. Painters painted over dust and tape. They only seem to make it look very nice for inspections. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.
