DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where do I start?? SO MANY COCKROACHES, saw 10 a day and they were huge. FLEA INFESTATION. Management did nothing about it!!!!! I moved out months ago and they are still making me pay electric. This place is disgusting. I would never advise even my worst enemy to stay here. STAY AWAY.

I GOT FLEA INFESTATION FROM THE FIRST DAY OF MOVING AND
THE MANAGER SAID "THERE WERE ONLY FEW FLEAS. WHAT DOES MATTER?".
ALSO, OVERALL MANAGEMENT QUALITY WAS TOO LOW.
PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE, YOU ARE A PRECIOUS BEING.

Do NOT live here!

These apartments are cheap, but they are old. I lived in one of the apartments around the back of the building. I had many, many leaks in my apartment & lots of mold. It would take weeks, sometimes months, for maintenence to come fix something, but even then, they would only half fix the issue & they have NEVER taken care of the mold. It's very hard to get in touch with the property manager - she is only in the office after 12:00pm & some days she's not in at all. Maintenence has left my… apartment unlocked numerous times, but won't admit to it. There have been several shootings within yards of these apartments.
