So far my experience has been pretty good, definitely love the area the apartment is located in. The people seem really nice as well! The apartment seems good as well.

I lived at the gold Elm Metropolitan for about nine months now and it has worked for what I need. I recently graduated and I’m not in the position to spend an abundance of money on a lavish lifestyle. That being said, the staff has always been wonderful in maintenance is very quick to fix service requests.

I've really enjoyed this apartment complex. The pools are great and the location is perfect. The office staff is always nice and accommodating. Most of the apartments I've stayed at had horrible maintenance but The Metropolitan maintenance guys are awesome and so quick when something needs fixing.
