Moved in last month and the location is really convenient for getting around Knoxville. Maintenance fixed my leaky faucet within a day of reporting it. Appreciate how clean they keep the common areas too.

Would recommend to friends looking in this area.
Been here almost two years now and overall its been good. Apartments are spacious with decent closet space. Only downside is parking can get tight when everyone's home but manageable. Would recommend to friends looking in this area.

Two years is a fantastic milestone! That really says a lot about the quality of the place, especially since you’re still happy to recommend it to friends.
The "after-work parking crunch" is definitely a classic apartment hurdle, but it's great that... it's still manageable and hasn't taken away from the spacious layout and overall positive vibe. Finding a spot that holds up after two full years of daily life—and still feels like a fair deal—is a major win.

My daughter attends UT and this was the perfect spot for her. Affordable rent and she can get to campus in like 10 minutes. We're from Nashville and visited her last weekend and really liked the grounds!

Good place overall but the walls could be a bit thicker - can sometimes hear neighbors but not too bad honestly.
