No Communication

No communication from property management. Every lease that was sent was always wrong. Dates to look at apartment was pushed back multiple times. The right lease was not sent until a phone call was made to the corporate office the day before possession WAS supposed to happen, with nothing more then excuses of why the property manager couldn’t do their job. They are supposedly sending deposit back, if every penny is NOT in the refund we will be taken legal action. With all of our call logs, sent… and very few emails received from management and copies of every incorrect lease they sent it won’t be hard to prove against them! Stay away find somewhere else to rent an apartment from!
