They really care about YOU!

This team is incredible! Not only are they efficient, professional, and helpful, they really care about everyone who walks through their door. Paulette and Suzanne always greet with a smile and positive attitude! The Maintenance guys keep the property running smooth. Couldn’t ask for a better team running our community!

New renter

I recently moved in to this place and the staff in the office were so friendly and helpful in getting moved in. I was a little apprehensive after reading the other two reviews about bugs but noticed how old they were. I can definitely say they must have had a much different time then me. Their were no bugs anywhere! So far its been such a good experience, would recommend it

Love the Staff Here!!

Location is close to everywhere / everything in North Knox. Go right and I'm in Fountain City in 3-5 minutes. Go left and I can get on I-75 in 3-5 minutes. Great community and even greater staff! Miss Paulette and her team (Suzanne, John, Chris, and Colin) are all the best...really care about the residents.

Roaches

The roaches are definitely real and the apartments are filled with weird, half-hearted renovations. The parking lot feels like a job only a large truck or Jeep could manage. Maintenance dug a huge hole around one of the buildings about a year ago and have since simply.. left it as a hole. There are no extra amenities - no playground for the kids, no pool, no gym, just the bare minimum. Definitely can’t recommend it.
