Ridgedale Townhomes

I would highly recommend Ridgedale Townhomes! I have lived here for the past three years! The manager, Kristina was wonderful and a great manager! Maintenance was great also! I would be renewing my lease again if I was not moving out of town! Highly recommend!

Kristin, the manager, is absolutely amazing and attentive to all requests before and after my move.

I lived in Ridgedale Townhomes for 3 years. The handful of minor repairs during that time were always promptly fixed. I honestly have no complaints and enjoyed my time there. Had I not purchased my first home I would still be a resident. I can’t thank Kristina and Tim enough for making my time there enjoyable

Signed a 9 month lease. First three months were great, but then new neighbors moved in next to us. The next six months consisted of being woke up in the middle of the night to their parties, loud arguments, and drug activity. After going to management many times with the hope that something would be done we left at the end of the lease because management did nothing at all. Management got to keep the tenants they preferred.
This forced us to seek out our first house and the house ended up being… the same square footage as this townhome and the mortgage payment was the same as the rent. We ended up moving to Fountain City and loved it there.

I believe we would have extended the lease had we not had this bad experience. I would say as advice to ask questions prior to moving in, but even in our case it is tough to know what will happen months after you move in. Read More
