    TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT

    I lived there for almost 5 years….. The neighbor across the hall got german cockroaches and when I told the office and maintenance I was told, “It’s not like they’re gonna crawl away with you.” In the lease it states that if a tenant gets an infestation that the are in charge of fixing it. NOOOPPPEEEEE they left that guy alone and let him move!!!! I literally had to move all my belongings into a storage unit and caulk my backdoor closed and taped the front door shut every day to avoid an… infestation myself. THEN I got in trouble for killing the nasty things in my hallway and I got in trouble because I actually treated the place myself with something that would kill the nest because THEY NEVER EVEN BOTHERED CLEANING HIS APARTMENT!!!! I saw it when he moved too…. The walls were yellow with nicotine and floors were caked in nasty, black gunk and I could see the roaches that maintenance somehow “couldn’t see”. THIS IS HOW NASTY IT WAS… THEY LITERALLY CRACKED A WINDOW AND LEFT IT…. I’M TALKING THE WINDOWS WERE CRACKED OPEN FOR OVER A YEAR WHEN I MOVED!!!! And the office has conveniently been closed to EVERYONE since March of 2020….
