From the moment you enter the office and leave, you're always greeted by a pleasant smile, and above all, a very professional atmosphere. The apartments are very cozy and, above all, clean. I think they should improve the maintenance and cleaning of the stairs a little, something you find everywhere. But the apartments are definitely very good, and even more so with very professional service.

Need to have a furnished apt. Very happy with the items provided, furniture comfortable, apartment very clean . Noise levels are low are the location is close to alt of shopping places.

The property was recently taken over by new owners and what a huge improvement! They have added some great amenities, renovated all of the apartments inside, (we got new granite and appliances and really sleek lighting fixtures) and they have fixed a lot of issues on the property that the last owner just blew off. Pest control comes weekly now so this is no longer a problem, and maintenance is so much better. The front office people are very pleasant and go out of their way to be helpful. Just don’t move here. These people are shady. Currently they’re now saying we will be paying for water for what we use. However, how are they to know what my usage is if there isn’t a meter for each individual unit? It would cost a ton of money to even have meters installed. Already I’m paying $80 a month for water anyways which is too much. Who knows what they may try and charge me with no proof? I barely use that much water to begin with. We are going month to month and finding somewhere else… to live because this place is going down. No amount to renovations is going to help their cause.
