Why you should not live here

- Dead grass in dog park because of no sprinklers
- People using dog park at all hours
- People using car wash at all hours
- No-one cleaning dog wash so it’s jammed all the time
- People using the car wash and dog wash to clean other objects like carpets couches etc without being fined
- Inconsistent management (Lacey, Kayla etc) expectations and requests for lease violations, but it is clear they target people who complain or requests anything from them.
- Gym equipment is broken all the...
time or requiring ‘updates’ that apartment doesn’t provide
- Trash left everywhere
- LUXE package boxes don’t ever work the right way and people hardly receive their codes to get in.
- Apartments built crummy with missing laminate flooring slats, porch storage doors don’t close right, and front door is drafty and shakes when someone else in the apartment complex closes a door
- Stairs are wooden and make a ton of creaking noises, and they are not well maintained because they have scratches and stains on them.
- Fire alarms are frequently going off and chirping without maintenance fixing them.
- Front main entrance is dangerous because there isn’t a stop sign, and they won’t get one. Because of that, there have been near misses for car accidents (and anytime it’s mentioned to the front desk staff it’s ‘we can’t do anything’ even though they own the road).
- Pest control issues with ants and mice.
- Pest control hardly ever shows up unless requested (we pay for them monthly in our rent).
- Ball Home Construction is a joke with broken objects in the house. Nails left everywhere
- Have a coffee bar and state of art lounging area that is only open during office hours but the dog park and car wash is open 24/7
- Front staff is rude and unprofessional when tenants come in or make calls about anything and become snippy if asked to do anything within their job description even though tenants are paying their rent pays front staff’s salaries
- They will change lease every time someone renews their lease so be sure to read your lease.
- They have sent out notices made about tenants being loud or rude, such as ‘blame your neighbors’
- The pool will be closed for maintenance with no true reason. Just ‘we’ll update you when we know more’. They close the pool so they should know why it’s closed.

Do not live here

The staff sends out passive aggressive emails almost weekly. Which is ironic considering how unorganized they are. They locked the pool area (an amenity you are paying for) for months and said “blame your neighbors.” Went without air conditioning in our unit for 4 days and the building is less than a year old. The baseboards are crooked, the sinks leak, the cabinet shelves are about to collapse. The package situation is a disaster. Something with the luxe package system is broken every week,... doors are swinging wide open, doors won’t open, multiple residents packages in one locker.

Smoke and Mirrors

Poorly built! They project themselves as luxury apartments, but we have constant problems with the water heater not working, the door lock not working, the draft when it cold and windy is terrible. The grounds are poorly maintained with debris everywhere. They seem to be more interested in building more rather than building with quality and maintaining what they have built. The response from the front office is poor at best!
