Very nice

We’ve lived here for a year and have had a wonderful experience. It is very quiet, families and professionals. It’s the only townhouse rental that we found with a pool, playground, gym and tennis courts. It’s an easy commute to UT. The staff is so nice and helpful. Especially the maintenance staff. Richard and J are so wonderful and helpful! Really recommend!

The Best Maintenance Man Ever

Richard is the best maintenance person I have ever met. Any problem I have he helps with immediately and at anytime of day. He is an exceptional person and exceptional at his job. Richard helps make this place feel like home.

Location convient, but prices kept being raised and maintenance half done......owners are cheap and do the least possible. NOTE: WOW is only interenet and cable provider.

Luxury living at incredible value

Excellent townhome community with resort style amenities, gated, ideal location (close to mall, turkey creek, and downtown) and wonderful staff including Jenna and Jennifer. We enjoyed our 3 years here and was perfect place for family especially with little children. Having large garage for storage and cars as well as ample of space in their 3 BR units made it like home! Highly recommend it for people in transition phase of their lives and very affordable compared to nearby luxury apartment… communities. Get on waitlist quick as it gets full quick and there are hardly any units available since most tenants on average stay for 3 years from what we could tell.

Safe and Quiet

I lived at Emerald Woods for two years, one year in a three bedroom and one year in a two bedroom. The interiors are beautiful with their neutral colors. It is the perfect place for a single woman because it is gated and safe. I never hesitated to use the walking trail or fitness center all hours of the day and night. But it is not just for single people. It is the perfect place for families. The pool and playground offer play space for children. Not only that, but the streets are safe… for the children to ride their bikes and scooters, and for parents to take the babies out in their strollers. Maintenance requests are always met promptly. Jennifer and Jenna in the office are always cheerful with their over the top customer service. I would have continued to live there but I am getting ready to retire and needed to downsize space and expenditures. Believe me, I would still be there if the property had one bedroom units!
