Living at The Village at Westland Cove has been absolutely great, the atmosphere is wonderful and safe and feels set apart from the city with the access to the lake and ample amount of trees surrounding us.

Management and maintenance teams are professional, responsive, and friendly. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained, and the amenities (gym and pool) are great. In-unit washer dryer is huge. A big plus is the half mile loop to walk around the complex, something that a lot of spaces around Knoxville don't have. If you can afford it, it's a great place to live. Community is also friendly and feels very safe.

Location, absolutely great. Amenities, good. Apartment finishes, just okay. Apartment breezeways and exterior appearance, fine. Management, terrible.

We love living at the Village at Westland Cove, all the staff is extremely kind and helpful. This is a very healthy community to live in, the staff really go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a positive living experience. We have never lived anywhere else that maintains the grounds, hosts social events, and communicates more efficiently than this apartment complex.
